How to cancel your eHentai AI subscription
Cancel your eHentai AI subscription, screenshot by screenshot. Five retention screens, including one trap that locks cancellation for 30 days.
- Profile → Membership → Cancel subscription — the link sits in pale grey under the billing info, deliberately discreet
- Five retention screens follow: confirmation, support, questionnaire, bonus offer, final validation
- ⚠️ The trap: accepting the 100 free tokens locks your cancellation for 30 days
- It's all done online, no email to support, and you keep access until the date you've already paid for
Still on the fence? What the subscription is actually worth is in our eHentai AI review.
Good news first: at eHentai, cancelling is entirely done online. No email to send, no form to fill in, no support desk to chase for three weeks. That already beats a fair few competitors.
Less good news: between the button and the confirmation, five screens will try to talk you out of it. None of them blocks you, but one is a genuine trap. Here’s the exact path.
How do you cancel eHentai AI?
To cancel eHentai AI: click the profile icon top right, go to the Membership tab, then hit Cancel subscription (the small grey link under the billing info). Then chain Yes, proceed → No, I want to cancel → a reason + Next → Next (definitely not Accept Bonus) → Cancel subscription. Your account drops to free at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Full walkthrough below.
Step 1 — Open your profile
From any page, click the profile icon in the top bar, on the right.

Step 2 — Membership → Cancel subscription
On My Profile, go to the Membership tab. You’ll find your plan, your tokens, and above all the Billing Information block with your next charge date.
Just below that, the Cancel subscription link. Pale grey, no border, wedged above a big blue “Change your subscription” button that’s far more visible. That’s not an accident — grey is the one you want.

Worth noting: this screen also shows the Rebill cost. At eHentai the first month runs $12.99 and the following ones $25.99 — the price doubles on renewal. Plenty of people discover that at the moment they cancel.
Step 3 — “Are you sure?” → Yes, proceed
First retention screen. Click Yes, proceed.

Step 4 — Contact Support → No, I want to cancel
They offer to put you through to support. If you’ve got a genuine technical issue, sure. If you just want out, click No, I want to cancel at the bottom.

Step 5 — The questionnaire → a reason, then Next
You have to pick a reason from the dropdown — that field is required, the asterisk says so. The free-text comment underneath you can leave blank.
Then Next.

Step 6 — ⚠️ The bonus offer: click Next, not Accept Bonus
Here’s the trap. They offer you 100 tokens right now and 100 every month. Tempting — and written in tiny print just underneath:
“By accepting this offer, you will no longer be able to cancel your membership for the next 30 days”
Translation: accept, and you can’t cancel for 30 days — so you pay another full month at $25.99. Those 100 tokens are being sold to you at a steep price.
Click Next. Not Accept Bonus.

Step 7 — Finalize Cancelation
Last screen. It recaps the reason you gave, then the Cancel subscription button. That’s the one that actually confirms — careful, the more visible blue button below it is Go back.

Step 8 — Done
A CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION banner appears on your profile, with the date you keep access until.

You stay Premium until that date — fair enough, it’s already paid for. After that the account drops to free with nothing further charged.
Frequently asked questions
Do you get a refund when you cancel?
No. Cancelling stops the renewal, it doesn’t refund the current month. You keep Premium access until the date shown on the banner, and there’s no charge after that.
What happens if I accept the 100 free tokens?
Your cancellation is locked for 30 days. So you pay another full month at the renewal rate, $25.99, and you have to start the whole process again afterwards. Those 100 tokens are nowhere near worth that.
Do you keep your images and characters?
The account drops to free, it isn’t deleted. Your creations stay in your space, but you lose the Premium perks — including the monthly tokens. If you want to keep your images, download them before the end date.
Do you have to email support to cancel?
No, and that’s the app’s good point: it’s all handled from your profile in a few clicks. Support is offered at step 4, but you can decline without anything getting blocked.
What's that label on my bank statement?
Charges from apps like this don’t show the site name on the statement, but the payment processor’s instead — deliberately, for discretion. If there’s a line you don’t recognise, that’s usually it. Details in our eHentai AI review.
Can you resubscribe after cancelling?
Yes, any time, from the Membership tab of your profile. One catch though: you come back at the renewal rate, not the first-time rate. That intro price only applies once.
